Can I edit or cancel my order before it ships?
Due to the express next day delivery service that we are pleased to provide, immediately after you have completed your purchase our systems begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment. It is therefore not possible to edit or cancel your order at this stage. We therefore advise our customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied with the contents of their shopping basket before checking out. You are of course still welcome to return any goods for a refund once you have received them, in accordance with our returns policy.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into Your Account by clicking on the link at the top right hand side of the page. If your order is showing as shipped, a unique consignment number will also be displayed. This can then be used to track the progress of your delivery through the Business Post website.
How can I print a copy of my receipt / invoice?
A copy of your receipt / invoice can be printed by logging into Your Account by clicking on the link at the top right hand side of the page.
How can I get a reminder of my login password?
Click on the “Your Account” link at the top right hand side of the page. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. Click on that link, enter your email address and a password reminder will be sent to you.
