What is your returns policy?
Customers have the right to a make a return and receive a refund if they request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) within 7 days of the receipt of goods and return them within a reasonable and fair time period thereafter. Beyond this, we try to be fair and accomodate reasonable return requests, but always at our discretion. Goods must be returned un-used, and in their original state. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How can I return my order?
If you wish to make a return, please submit a ticket through the Contact Us page, selecting “Returns Request” from the drop-down. Please include your order number and details of the nature of your return request. You will then be contacted with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) or further instruction.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
Depending on the nature of your refund, please allow up to 30 days for requests to be processed.
