Our extensive in-house resources, including locally recruited staff and labour, self deliver the majority of works.
Safety, health, quality, environmental and sustainability remain at the forefront of our consideration and we hold OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.
At Dyer & Butler we believe that a successful contract is one which, on completion, enables all the parties involved to say that they have achieved their objectives for that project. While these objectives may initially be party-specific, it is our belief that by adopting shared goals there is a greater likelihood that satisfaction for all will be achieved.
These objectives should include:
- Best value for the customer, both client and end-user.
- Achievement of a fair and equitable level of profit by the contractor.
- Evidence of continuous improvement in performance by all parties to the contract.
- Achievement of sustainable construction performance in all aspects of the project.
- Fostering and developing of team-spirit amongst all parties to the contract, leading to a mutual readiness to be part of the same team on future projects.
The company has earned an enviable reputation for carrying out often-complex construction work to the highest standards. Consequently, its customer base includes a wide range of private and public sector organisations.
An exemplary safety record further enhances this reputation, with the company being awarded 3 consecutive RoSPA Gold Medals.
Steady, managed growth has been achieved by consistently and safely delivering projects on time and within budget.
A commitment to working closely and collaboratively with our customers along with a willingness to embrace the challenges of modern construction has allowed the company to form and maintain long-term relationships, resulting in a high level of repeat business.
Setting high standards is an objective forming part of the continual development of the company and the people employed, so as to build a sustainable future.
