Easy To Understand

Driving behaviour is summarised using a simple Red-Amber-Green (RAG) scoring system. Green indicates behaviour within acceptable limits, with amber and red representing increasing severity outside of those limits. This scoring system extends to individual metrics you want to measure, with gauges adding an extra level of detail.

Behaviour can be monitored daily, weekly and monthly with different targets set for each period. This means you can distinguish between one-off exceptional events and a continuous pattern of behaviour.

Drill Down

The system records where and when each event occurs, so you can drill down into the detail if you need to understand how a score is reached.

Flexible

The system is very flexible and can be configured to meet your needs. For example, you can choose the metrics that are relevant to your business. The type of vehicle can affect driving behaviour. For example a saloon car will typically decelerate at a greater rate than a heavy goods vehicle. The system allows you to adjust levels for each vehicle to allow uniform analysis across the whole fleet.

A weighting system means you can assign greater importance to serious events. For example, any speeds over 90mph can be given much greater significance than speeds just over 70mph. If your organisation has weeks that start on a Friday or indeed any other day, the system can handle that too.

Analytics

Driving behaviour reports can be easily exported from the system in Excel format for further analysis, or to share with drivers.

The use of red, amber, and green colours in the Excel grid layout visually represents behaviour over longer periods of time, helping you identify patterns as well as anomalies.
