Will a more powerful radio fix poor coverage?
Not necessarily. Coverage depends on the complete system and environment. Infrastructure, antenna location, frequencies and building structure can matter more than changing the handset.
Can radio coverage be extended inside buildings?
Yes. Depending on the site and licensing requirements, repeaters, antenna systems and other infrastructure can be designed to improve coverage.
Should we use PTToC instead?
PTToC can be a good option where cellular or Wi-Fi coverage is strong and wide-area communication is required, but it should be assessed against resilience and workflow needs rather than treated as an automatic replacement.
