Caltta eChat e720 PoC Radio

The e720 from Caltta is a new generation cellular radio running on Android 11. This IP68 submersible dual SIM 4G/3G/2G device has a 4.7″ Colour touchscreen with 4200mAh large capacity detachable battery.

Its GMS ROM allows android applications to be side loaded while preventing end users from easily downloading apps for more secure business control.

This full functioning mobile phone features a dedicated side PTT button allowing the unit to seamlessly operate on the eChat POC platform. Man Down, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS are standard features on the e720.

The two main options for your core communications are traditional two-way radio or newer 4G cellular radios, often referred to as either PTToC, PoC, LTE or push to talk. The main difference is that radio uses a closed network using repeaters to provide coverage, whilst PTToC or PoC radio uses devices with a SIM card that uses your mobile network or a local WiFi network to provide connectivity.
